Osteopathy
I graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in 2020 with a Masters in Osteopathy (MOst). My final year research project was a scoping review of manual therapy for voice disorders (you can download a copy at the bottom of this page).
Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy technique. That means it looks at the body as a whole, not as a series of individual parts. If you go to an osteopath with a shoulder problem, be sure that they will look at your back, hips, knees, feet, the way you walk, your breathing mechanics and take a full case history.
